Shower had hair in it and the coffee mugs in cabinet still had coffee residue outside of it only 1 face cloth , Kleenex box was left empty.The gentleman that runs breakfast chooses what he puts out they had gravy, biscuits and eggs but apparently if you slide him a lil tip he will fix just u sausage. The young lady with blonde hair was very helpful

Worst hotel ever! It’s definitely NOT 3.5 stars as the site implies. There is NO airport shuttle as advertised! The place has been closed and recently reopened and still needs so much work! Shouldn’t be open. “Shabby” is an understatement. Would not have stayed here if the website was honest.

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. When I first arrived, they had a hard time figuring out how to fully check me in since I used hotels.com to book the room. Then they charged me for the room on my card without my permission. They said they were charging me $50 for deposit for damages but I would get it back after our stay. We decided to stay because we didn’t know about the extra room charge until after we stayed. The room was OK in a couple of months that place will not be great. It’ll be covered in mold because there’s no ventilation in the bathrooms. AC couldn’t not keep up and the room was hot the whole night. I contacted them more than three times to get a refund for my room because they charged me ($130) after hotels.com charged me. They kept saying oh my Manager’s over it and nobody got back to me. Finally, I called my bank and they dispute the charge. Will not be staying at this hotel or any that are sponsored by it.

We recently stayed at this property for our son’s football regional championship game. While the rooms weren’t perfect—the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and the AC in the living room wasn’t cooling—the rooms were at least clean and comfortable enough for our needs. What truly made our stay memorable was Tonya, the lady working the breakfast bar. She went above and beyond every single morning to make sure we were taken care of. Her friendliness, attention, and genuine care made all the difference. She made us feel welcome, supported, and honestly turned what could’ve been an average stay into a great one. Tonya is definitely the highlight of this property. Because of her, we left with a wonderful experience despite the room issues. Hotels need more people like her!
