The property was new and clean The noise level was terrible throughout the night. Every time someone opened or closed their door it was very loud and woke us up Although I love that their are no carpets in the room you can hear other people walking about in their room Ealls seemed thin as you could hear people talking or watching television. We will not stay heat again

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I didnt frequent it but the lobby bar was quite popular and well attended. The hotel is nothing special particularly, but I really liked the decor and layout of the room and the simple amentiies like lots of hooks and an open bar for hanging clothes were great.

Could have been better!

I was disappointed that the pillows were too soft and flat, but worst of all was the wear and tear on the sheets - they were so worn in places that it felt like sandpaper on my legs. Folks at the front desk were not that friendly. Loved the look of the lobby and the 24/7 available snacks. If you want to be environmentally friendly, ditch the plastic water bottles.

I happened to be 90 minutes early for check in, and there was no one attending the front desk. After standing there for about 15 minutes I had to call the number in order for someone to come out to the desk. Upon informing her that I would like to check in she said I couldn’t be checked in until 3pm. She didn’t even look to see if they might have had a room available, it was just a flat out no. I’ve never experienced that at any hotel before.

The property was very clean, and staff were wonderful. However, there was a tremendous amount of noise all throughout the night. Every door that opened in the hallway to other rooms would slam shut. This was very, very disturbing and again, went on throughout the night. There was also a lot of noise from the parking lot, the airport, and voices in the hallway. I was also surprised to learn there was a parking fee each day. I would not choose this location again.
