Nice stay and clean. Front desk was very friendly and it's close walking distance sit in restaurants. Only complaints were the ac unit was unusually loud and the bathroom vent did not work.

It was a very convenient location for me. The parking was also great. Two things I didn't like was it was loud inside the room with people above me and outside fire engine showed up at midnight. The door to the shower could not properly close.

A really comfortable and convenient stay near Charlotte NC amusement park, Carowinds. There are probably closer hotels. But this Tru Hotel was great.

The property was very clean and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. My family and zi arrived at 11:30 PM from a long drive from Florida and she greeted us with a smile and was so welcoming.
