First time staying in NC, and by far this has been the best experience I had ever had staying in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond with the service. I traveled with my aging parents and they enjoyed the hotel as well. Johnny and Sandra was beyond helpful and took initiative without me having to request for it. Hotel was very clean. This is a place I recommend and would stay again.

My room keys and manager’s key could have been working on my door. Maintenance had to be called to reprogram my entrance. I had to wait in the lobby until it was fixed. We asked for mor towels by cleaning staff and was given only one towel. Maybe they have been insu on how many towels can be dispersed. Johnny and the newly trained staff member at the front desk were very nice, polite and considerate.

The family above us was super loud all night, the floors in the room are wood so you hear everything. I told staff several times to please tell them to be a little quieter and it was just neglected.

The front lobby is so beautiful and bright! The lobby had so many different options of seating! Room 209 was spotless! The room was so cozy! The water in the shower was HOT; which I LOVE! The lemon sugar body wash/hand soap smelled AMAZING! 10/10 RECOMMEND! Not to mention it’s CLOSE to so many good food choices!

We originally decided to stay two nights here and booked through Expedia. However we ended up only staying one night and canceled our stay for the second night. The person at the front desk informed us that they would get with the 3rd party to refund us the one night. However after a few days still nothing so after contacting Expedia they attempted to reach the hotel for authorization for the refund and were unable to. Because of this we ended up paying for two nights when we only actually stayed one. Horrible experience and a rip off for our money.
