The building seemed very new. The staff was really good. The doors of the property are very loud and you can hear them at all hours, but I did sleep just fine. A full fridge and a kitchen sink is a really nice touch as well

We were happy!

I will definitely recommend this hotel, it looks like they just opened up so it was very clean and it smelled brand new. The reception guy was so nice (I didn’t get his name) but we started chatting about New York (which is where we were coming from). The beds were comfortable and I just love how they have the room set up, it felt like home oh and I like how they had a stove in the double bed suites. I will definitely stay here again I love a clean hotel.

We do not live in the Charlotte area and specifically booked this hotel due to it showing a convenient (5 min drive) to UNC Charlotte campus. Upon arriving and checking in, we found that it is actually 45 minutes from campus. This was not acceptable as we were moving our child into school and need to make several trips from the hotel to the school. We had to re book anothr hotel closer to campus and I am attempting to get a refund at this time. The hotel itself was clean (brand new), staff was great, however being new, they have no hand towels or ice machine. . If location or proximity doesn't matter to you, staying there is fine.
