The hotel was clean and room ready on time. However the room was sparse no toilet paper, bed on metal frame, no hairdryer or shampoos. The "grab and go" breakfast had 7-8 items and the water/ soda machine was out of service the entire stay. An inexpensive option for the area that unfortunately felt very inexpensive and a lesson learned in getting what you paid for- actually less than what you paid for.

My room was extremely clean, as were the rest of the facilities. The staff provided excellent customer service and support, especially Amanda who checked me in and Heather who interacted with me throughout my stay. If I am in the area again I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is new so at first glance it looks OK however the floor was absolutely filthy. Housekeeping has been mopping over the dirt with soapy water and it was a sticky mess. We booked third party and it was late so decide to stay the night. My husband mopped the floor 3-4 times before it stopped foaming up and the towel was muddy. We wiped down everything even if it looked clean with antibacterial wipes. He even found someone’s contacts dried and stuck on the bedside table. Ewww! I went out to my car to get some things and a lot of people were just hanging in the parking lot. A few were living in their cars and it didn’t appear to be a bad area. The only bright spot was the night clerk. She was great!
