My stay at this hotel was very nice. Overall, it’s in a great location to nice views and restaurants on the boardwalk. The pool is large. My only complaint would be the fact that they have three bars, only one is use at all times, in the same place and only one bartender at a time.

We stayed 1 week at Sunset Shores. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff and service provided. When we arrived, we experienced a few issues with the room. Upon request, we were courteously moved to another room. I would most definitely stay again at Sunset Shores.

I love this hotel. The rooms are nice although they are currently renovating some, the food is good and grounds are beautiful filled with fruiting trees, unlike the US. Any challenges you might encounter will be addressed as swiftly as possible. I've already booked for my vakay next year.

My room water pressure was trash but the no sense of urgency in tone was astonishing. They did send several people to look at it and somewhat resolved it but due to that and it seems there’s no overnight staff I would most likely not stay here as a single visitor especially with the extremely low water pressure like lowwwwwwwee!

A bit dated but overall a good stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC didnt work 100% but it was hot outside so that could have been the reason. Travelled with a 4 month old so the room chosen was on the ground floor. Beach was really nice. Staff was exceptional. The only downside, which is not really one, was the property catered for graduation/prom for schools which they advertized for 6-10pm but it ran to 2am. There at about 1am on the night which was a bit loud for the baby but we managed. The hotel is comfortably for the price. If you are on a budget, i would recommend.

The restaurant staff are irreplaceable. Sunset Shores is my favorite place to stay when I'm in St Vincent. The team make you feel at home, yet are professional. The hotel plant itself can do with some upgrade including better locks and latches on doors from a security perspective.

The property continues to show improvements. There are some little things that need addressing as they go along, my main concern is the restaurant staff, they continue to show some mix attitudes. This can be corrected by the proper workshops and training. Over all I am very comfortable staying at this property. Huston and Lyndon from the bar always goes above and beyond to make guest feel welcome. I will always stay here when I am in Saint Vincent.

We can’t wait to go back!

This was our first trip to St. Vincent as a family. The hotel was beautiful! Comfortable rooms with A/C. The staff was SO helpful! The front desk helped arrange a driver to dark view falls. Food was great and so fresh! Swimming in the sea behind the hotel and able to walk to several restaurants within 5 minutes

Wonderful Hotel.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was amazing, friendly, polite and very helpful. My room was a good size. The hotel was kept clean at all times. The food was very good -- especially the conch roti. Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy any of the mangoes on the property as they weren't ripe before I left. I would definitely stay there again.
