This cottage, opposite the owners' house, housed in a former farmhouse, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries while remaining close to the region's main tourist attractions.
Just 1.5 km from Châteaudun town center, you can visit its majestic castle overlooking the Loir, stroll through the ancient streets, or discover the Foulon Caves. Just 500 meters away, you'll find the Dunois Equestrian Center.
Looking for a getaway? Chartres and its famous Gothic cathedral are only 50 km away, Blois and the Loire Valley châteaux are 60 km away, and Orléans is also 60 km away. Hiking, fishing, and cycling enthusiasts will also find numerous trails and nature spots nearby. The Saint-Martin cottage, with its own private entrance, offers all the comforts you need for a stay with family or friends.
