A real gem in Châtelaillon-Plage: Charming, bright, and well-equipped single-story house, just 250 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the town center and shops. Ideal for a getaway with family or friends, this semi-detached house offers all the comforts for a successful stay.
You'll enjoy a 203 m² enclosed garden, facing south, perfect for soaking up the sun, having lunch outside, or relaxing on the sun loungers. The garden is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.
The house has two bedrooms in good condition: the first with a double bed (140x190 cm), and the second with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), comfortably accommodating up to 5 people. The 18 m² living room is inviting, and the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, traditional and capsule coffee makers, kettle, toaster, and complete set of crockery) makes meal preparation easy.
Comfort and practical amenities include: washing machine, towel warmer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, duvets and pillows, smoke detector, and flat-screen TV. Parking is also available.
Practical features: individual heating, single-level living, excellent condition, 3-star rating. Located 9 km from the golf course and 19.5 km from the airport, the location is ideal for enjoying the coast and local activities while remaining close to the town center.
