Chattanooga Trip

The only downside of our stay was our room was not available at 3:15 PM when check in begins at 3:00. We waited until about 3:45 to gain access to a room. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend the cinnamon rolls!

Overall we really liked this hotel! We stayed here twice in the last two weeks and our only concern was that both times our initial rooms were not properly cleaned (dirt on the floors and dishwashers full of dirty dishes). However, both times the front desk associate was extremely accommodating and our replacement rooms were in much better condition! The rooms are very spacious and we loved having a kitchen to use. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. We didn’t have breakfast either time, but the spread looked fresh and had a good selection of various items. Despite the slight hiccups we would definitely stay again!

Don’t expect to get what you registered for.

Registered for a king suite and got there after a 9 Hour Drive and they did not have any available, even though it had been reserved over a month in advance. They said we were bumped they offer us two queen beds room. We were traveling with two teen girls and want to have two different rooms. So my husband and I could sleep and if they wanted to stay up and talk, they would have the privacy that they could do that. That didn’t happen. There was a soccer tournament that a bunch of kids and parents were there for the weekend . There was no room in lobby to set to eat as kids and parents were there and after not having the room that we reserved we had to eat supper on our beds we could also hear her kids playing in hallways and upstairs. After talking to the assistant manager, they only gave us a refund of $40. I asked for the general manager to call me as i wanted to discuss with him the situation. which he was out for the week after we stayed, but it’s been two weeks and he still has not call me.
