Great room and beds, very good breakfast, but now, after 2 days, I leave the hotel they charged my credit card for a couch problem when I checked the room was perfect. I called to complain and they told me that if the couch is OK so maybe because I have a dog with me for 3 nights when I only stayed there 2 nights. So after the agent realized he did not have more arguments, he told me that I had to call tomorrow, January 1, at 8 am to talk with the manager. After 4 consecutive days calling the manager answered my call and told me he would start a research but as of today I don't have any answer or refund. Unbelieve.
