7 cars broken into in one night, including my truck. Cost $250 for a new window. Staff didn't even seem surprised, safelite says happens all the time had drive kentucky to get window replaced. Cop card was left on my windshield and still paid in full on the room with no discount. Do not stay here.
7 cars in one night at IHG, 13 at nursing home next to hotel.

The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioner was SO loud each time it went on and off. It would actually wake us up when we were asleep. The room was very clean and comfortable. 😊

Listing said sleeps 6, but only slept 4

Overall the hotel is great, and I would recommend it to others. Unfortunately the listing on hotels.com said that the room slept 6 people, but it only had two queens. The property or the website needs to update their listing. The front desk person couldn't put us in a room that accommodated all six of us. They did bring up an air mattress that we squeezed into a corner of the room to get by. I tried calling hotels.com, but customer service wasn't easy to get a result from, and it was late, so we just dealt with the situation as best we can. We also had a guest above us that was moving around and stomping on the floor a lot. We called the front desk and they said they had just talked to them. We could hear the hotel management knocking on the door several times over a two hour period until it settled down around midnight. That can happen at any hotel, but it compounded an already challenging situation. Luckily management was trying to get a resolution. Overall the front desk was doing a good job trying to help us and other lodgers address the concerns given a tricky evening (the elevator was also down when we arrived and we had to carry our bags up to the 4th floor).

We checked in at 12:30am with Kim behind the front desk and she was AMAZING! She was so helpful and accommodating after a long, tiring travel day. Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean. Nice pool.
