This was the first time that we had actually stayed in one of the train cars. They should have a disclaimer on the website saying if you are hot natured then request that the heat be shut off the day of your arrival. We didn’t hardly sleep last night because it was so hot and it took so long to cool off.

Room was very nice. We had a suite. Lots of room. Negative was our internet went out and without it we had no tv. Called front desk multiple times before they finally got around to fixing it. And they did a fire alarm test in the morning, not a fun way to be woken up.

Beautiful Hotel - Room Mix-up + Room Charges

First off, this hotel was beautiful and clean! There were some service issues - We were given the same room number as another couple and had to go downstairs with the couple to get it sorted out. We had to correct the email address and credit card on file, as well. We were all pretty perplexed on how the mix-up happened. Also, we were charged $15 + tax for the StillWater in the room, even though we had VIP perks that gave us each a free beverage. I had to ask twice to get the charge removed. We loved our room once we got the room issues corrected! Everything was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We’d likely stay there again and hope to not have future issues with our room and bill!

The discription said the room had a patio. It didn't whatsoever. And the entire interior was very dark. But it was very quaint and clean and located walking distance from our event.

Choo choo!! Blew blew

The hotel has no microwave! You have a fridge and no way to heat items. Ice is only available downstairs! The check in person did not know directions to the room and it is not an accommodating hotel for the price. Parking was ok because the event center took most of it at night. Close to decent restaurants. Overall not impressed!!!
