The spacious sunken family room with fireplace provides the perfect ambience for any occasion. The master suite with a huge whirlpool tub creates a Spa like atmosphere.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and solid cherry cabinetry.
The space
Keyless Entry Codes are sent to guests 15 minutes before Check-In Time at 2 pm Eastern standard time. Check out is at 11 AM Eastern standard time.
When guests pull in the driveway you will be facing the Red back door in which guests will enter to access the house. Upon entering through that door guests will be in the sunroom then walk to the landing, the sunken family room is to the left the step up kitchen is straightahead with a hallway that leads to bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite is to the left in the hallway. The dining room is left of the kitchen. You can access the large front porch through the dining room.
Guests should know that the decor is changed seasonally and updated and the grounds are being worked on at this time.
The beds are nectar brand and are like a Tempur-pedic bed and super comfortable. A Keurig coffee pot is available for our guest and we provide a couple of days of coffee and creamer, Bottled water along with hand soap, hand sanitizer paper towels and Kleenex.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
There is no smoking in the house but you can smoke outside. Please do not leave cigarette butts anywhere on the property.
I am very particular about cleanliness and have the home professionally cleaned between guest.
The landscaping is being re-worked for winter and Spring. Fountains and pond are being prepared for winter. Things to do: The property is located between two lakes: Jenny Wiley State Park Lake and Paintsville Lake. Also, the property is very close to the famous country music singer Loretta Lynn’s homeplace, which is a tourist attraction. The Property is very close to Dawkins Trail. We offer Guided Motorcycle Tours for an additional fee.
