This hotel is new to the city of Chelsea. Its been a great addition. Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful. I book a lot of the employees I work with at this hotel due to its closeness to our location but they are always available to help and assist. The employees talk about how clean and comfortable the beds are. They have the BEST General Manager (Delphine).

From the front door to the back door. If I could rate 1 million I would. I always take lysol and microband and other cleaning items. Did not need them. I researched the reviews. I will stay again and again.

The staff is absolutely the best part of this stay. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. This building is new, so no issues there, but the water pressure is extremely low. I am from Chelsea and this is a city wide issue unfortunately.
