The staff is absolutely the best part of this stay. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. This building is new, so no issues there, but the water pressure is extremely low. I am from Chelsea and this is a city wide issue unfortunately.

Our room was excellent! We stayed for 4 nights with our small pet. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well designed for our needs. Recently opened in 2024 well maintained and the staff was fantastic, very friendly! Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The La Quinta Chelsea Birmingham was very clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are a few restaurants nearby. I stayed with my dog, so nighttime lighting is always a concern. The grounds were well lit and safe. I highly recommend.

I don't even know where to start. First off the lady at the front desk was extremely rude every time I spoke to her. Secondly, they charged me over a thousand dollars after i left. I had to call the corporate office to get it refunded. They said they "didn't know I paid on Hotels.com" so they charged us twice. Just awful. I will never stay here again.
