When I checked in I was taken to what they call the Crows Nest. It was a super small room. The stairs were rickety to get to the room. The sink in one area the shower in another and the toilet in a closet. There was a broken makeup mirror. It was useless. There was a full size mirror you wanted to go outside your room on the landing. Shower was either hot water or freezing cold. Coffee maker doesn’t work well. When I talked with the Manager, he said “you booked through Expedia and this is what you get. We don’t like Expedia, you should have booked directly through us and paid the higher price. The wait staff looked like they wanted to be somewhere else instead of working. Food was mediocre. I scheduled a breakfast time. I ordered avocado toast with poached eggs and asked for a side of bacon. I received avocado toast with bacon no poached eggs. Would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely wouldn’t stay there ever again.

Gary the manager was very welcoming every morning with a smile. Nice ales in the bar at night. The meal we had was very good value andthe continental breakfasts were very healthy and varied.
