Staff wasn't very help full when I asked if they can clean the room the person that i ask told me that it was not her side i told if she can tell who ever was that side she told me i don't know,bathroom have mold on the bottom of the waĺs,there was some outlets without covers.

9/10 for sure! Only done fall was, my door was open when I came back to my room ( as if house keeping came & didn’t close it all the way). Not blaming anyone in particularly, but the door was not easy to close & lock. But overall i definitely recommend, very clean place as well!

Stayed one night. Great property for the value. Clean and spacious room with updated furniture. Friendly staff. Only thing was shower had hair still from previous occupants. Didn’t want to use the shower after seeing that, but other than that, room was great.

My husband was in the ER the night before our reservation. I called to cancel - from the ER - 2 min after 4:00 (I thought the cutoff was 6 pm...which it was for the previous reservation), and was unable to receive the free cancellation. So, in addition to the trauma of the medical emergency, I had to pay the full fee of the hotel. Very disappointing.

This facility is well designed and maintained. The staff are service oriented. My only complaint would be that I could not connect to their WiFi. The same thing happened a month ago when we stayed. I think it has to do with the email assigned by Hotels.com because their system would not accept mine.
