Great hotel from the friendly reception staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Everywhere smells amazing and I would love to know what they wash the towels in because they smelt gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious.

The staff were lovely and helpful and the hotel was clean and pleasant. Very central and had everything near by. Only downside was the beds, they were so uncomfortable and hard. Very bad nights sleep, both nights.

room clean and spacious, bathroom was a nice size, shower was amazing, staff and facilities in the hotel great, it's in a central location, only thing that I could fault was that the bed wasn't very comfy and the pillows were far too soft so didn't sleep well at all.

The rooms are nice, functional and have large snart TVs, tea and coffee and everything else you would expect, but the best thing about this hotel is its staff. They always give a warm welcome, are helpful and treat you like friends, especially Jules and Beth.

Room was lovely and clean apart from the pillows on the bed were awful we didn’t get a good nights sleep at all both woke up in pain in our necks 😫 tried using one pillow but did not help at all, I never usually complain as I have stayed in other Leonardo hotels previously and never had a issue but yeah I was looking forward to a relaxing night and a good nights sleep.
