Conveniently located in the city centre along the River Lee; however, at the end of July 2025, there was a great deal of construction occurring in front and around the hotel. Gave an overall rating of a 2 because of the 7:30 AM fire alarm experience.

Great Hotel, Great Staff! (Wifi... :( )

We loved the staff at this hotel and the family room. Beds were very comfortable and the room was perfect. Only drawback here is that the wifi is bad - you definitely need to purchase the plan to have usable wifi. Everything else though; FIRST RATE.

I thought the price was very good ,the staff were very good ,they work very hard they never stopped. It was a shame they ran out of coffee satchels however they did offer to make me one.The staff does try to please and are very pleasant.

The room itself was fine, but it was my first experience with the Premier Inn brand, and it will be my last. They nickel and dime everything. Check in is at 3:00pm, 2:59 is still considered early check in and subject to fee. It was hilarious seeing the staff repeat the same thing to each guest arriving between 2 and 3pm. The free WiFi is limited to 512 mbps, would you like faster, pay 5 Euro extra for each user for each day. The idea that you have to supersize your amenities like fries at McDonald’s is not for me. Good buy Premier Inn, thanks for the growing experience.

The hotel was good, well located, clean, etc. had an issue with parking in that Expedia indicated that there was parking available on-site but there is not and according to the hotel staff they do not advertise that they have it. So that frustration coupled with the construction on the street that mad it difficult to find the hotel made check in a terrible experience. Other than that it was good

Great value and very convenient to many of the sights and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price included a full, unlimited English breakfast which made for a great deal. We found the location (except for the current construction project immediately in front of the hotel)) super convenient for walking to all the restaurants, shops and marketplaces. Overall, a good choice for us.
English Market - an enjoyable shopping experience with loads of vendors selling a variety of produce, meats, fish and prepared foods.
Monkfish at English Market
Nearby Rock of Cashel an ancient ruin with some restored rooms. Beautiful views!

Tuvimos una experiencia desagradable en el hotel , ya que se encendió la alarma de los detectores de humo a las 8 de la mañana y no nos dieron ninguna explicación ni información a cerca del incidente. Está bien situado y tiene un acuerdo con un parking que está más o menos cerca.
