Happy with our stay. Location was convenient to everything. Fairly new hotel so everything was in good condition and clean. Only complaint was the 15 euro early check in charge. We just left our bags and came back later but it was 2:00 when we arrived so felt like if the room was ready it would have been better customer service to let us check in.

Great location and comfortable room. 2 qualms with my stay - I asked for the room to be cleaned with new towels three days in a row and it wasn't done. The other thing was that there are two levels of wifi, one free and one paid. the free wifi was essentially useless. I dont think it's appropriate to have to pay for wifi in 2025, it's a necessity.

Disappointed...not premier..more like discount inn

Rooms not cleaned daily. You need to request this service. Clean towels unavailable the 2nd night. These must be requested at reception but limited supply No facecloths, no cream or milk for coffee in room. Thermostat automatically reset at 10 pm so room stiffling during the night.

The hotel was incredibly helpful. Expedia was not. They double booked people so there wasn’t room at the hotel….and never tried to find me another booking. The contact numbers expedia provided for help didn’t work so I was left on my own trying to find accommodation. Expedia was horrible. Booking. Com has been great.

The hotel and staff were both top notch. The construction at the front entrance of the hotel was disruptive. There is no area to park a car to unload luggage safely without blocking the street.

Nicer and more modern than expected for a basic hotel. I never had the breakfast, but my wide did, and it was popular and good value. Only downgraded to 3 from 3.5-4 as wifi was out for our entire 4 days (and previous few which was unfortunate. But good lication and -1/2 the price.

The Wi-Fi at this hotel has been down for a while after workers accidentally destroyed the cable outside. There is no indication from the hotel when it would be back up and may still be broken. A hotel without Wi-Fi for three nights stay is almost as bad as no running hot water or functioning toilet. Compensation was refused by the hotel and despite the valiantefforts of Expedia support, they have they have clearly refused to refund my money. This is appalling customer service and completely unacceptable in 2025. I suggest, if you’re thinking of staying at this hotel, especially in the next few days and weeks to ask about the Wi-Fi, which may still be broken Stay somewhere else there are lots of alternatives!

Didn't like the wait to check in at reception. They should have had someone else working if it gets that busy. Also, prior to arrival no information was given about where to park by the hotel, which was awful. We parked in the wrong one and had to pay around $100 cad dollars for less than 24 hours. Also, the parking lot was quite a walk from the hotel and it would have been the same distance if we parked in the one they wanted us to park in. Just very disappointing. Our least favorite hotel in our 2 week Ireland stay.
