Very clean and comfortable

Seems like a brand new hotel. Front desk person was super nice and gave me a good recommendation for lunch in the area. Beds comfy. My one disappointment was a lack of water pressure in the shower, but I lived through it ;)

Going downhill

This is the second time I have stayed here while in town. First room I was given had a strong odor, so I was given a second room. That room was fine, although the floor was not the cleanest, but I wasn’t going to ask for another room.. I wore socks. I had to check out a day early and front desk gal told me she neither could guarantee a day refund or a receipt… which I questioned because I paid at the hotel and last visit I was given a receipt. When I looked at my credit card bill, I was charged for all 3 nights. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I visit Cheyenne monthly And the first visit I was thinking this would be my go to hotel, rethinking that now.

We stayed here before the official grand opening. The room was spacious and well equipped. Everything was new so we felt really comfortable and clean. However, I did find some trash in places where they were overlooked. For instance, th e paper wrapper for tea bags between the fridge and kitchen counter. And a roll of TP under the counter in the bathroom. Overall, it’s still a great place to stay.

Great location for passing through cheyenne

This hotel opened in 2024 and it is clean, new, and the beds are really comfortable. It was great to have a full size refrigerator and a microwave.

The room was clean and comfortable and full of convenient amenities. Really appreciated the large, swivel tv for comfortable viewing. There were high wind warnings but we never heard any noise.
