This is one of the nicest, upgraded rooms we've ever stayed in. The bed was low enough that I didn't need a stool to climb in it. The duvet cover was light enough that it was very comfortable. Nice big shower. Very good easy to get to location.

To be fair, the property is undergoing renovations... But the renovations are badly needed. The lobby, the hallways and the pool are nasty. On the other hand, my room was one of remodeled ones and it was very nice in every respect. The bedding and pillows especially were excellent. Breakfast was below average for a hotel hot breakfast buffet with really terrible steam table eggs. My guess is from a mix rather than from actual eggs. Just gross. Poor quality coffee too.

One, and this is not their fault but the facility was undergoing a remodel. Two, the room itself was dirty, floors had dirt and crumbs all over. The bathroom sink had hair and dirt in it as did the tub. The front desk staff was amazing and understanding, and did process a refund for the room. They also were extremely polite and professional.

Upon arrival their system was down. It took over 30 minutes to finally get checked in. Then my key cards didn’t work. The staff handled the situation well and came and got my door open. I’ve stayed here several times. The rooms are clean and the beds/pillows are comfortable. Always pleased with our stay.

The outer doors don’t lock, the bathroom in the suite had plumbing issues, shower water spilling over the side the glass doors in the shower were tearing paint above them because there wasn’t a proper track or space

The first attempt to check in with a reservation already in place left me waiting in a very long line at the front desk for over half an hour before I had to step out of line to go to an event. It took two more tries at the front desk before I could actually get checked in and get a room. The room is poorly designed. The TV is on an extended wall mount with a backlight in it. The light was on and there was no way to turn it off. I called the front desk and the receptionist had to call maintenance to ask them how to turn it off. There was a very small switch hidden away from view that had to be used. Apart from that, the heater/cooler unit was in a full floor to ceiling window which faced the parking lot. At night a blinding floodlight shines on the parking lot, which is good for safety, but it also floods the room, and there is no way to block the light coming in the window on the sides of the heating/cooling unit, so there's tremendous light coming into the room all night. Very poorly designed, and not conducive to a good night's sleep.

There is no wofi. We called the tech guy 3 times and spoke to the manager and they said that there would just not be wifi. I also booked the pet froendly room but the way the beds are my cat is hiding in the bottom wood portion of the bed. We paid $200 for practically nothing.

This was a quick one night stop for our family. The hotel was nice and clean . Good price. Free breakfast with lots of options. The room had mini fridge microwave USB ports private bath tub and large bathroom. Coffee maker. TV Beds were excellent. Overall great stop if you are on road.

When we arrived at 8:45 PM, there were guests in line waiting for a room because none of them were clean. Some of the people we talked to had been waiting for three or more hours. Apparently, they had a couple of managers trying to clean the rooms. We were told that it would be at least 45 minutes before we could access our room. Yes, that would put us at 9:30 PM. After waiting in line for a while, we finally reached the front desk. The front desk person was obviously tired of dealing with people and was rude. When we asked if we would have to wait in line again when we returned, she said yes and that some people have waited “three or more times.” She was incredibly nasty to my husband. We ended up canceling our reservation and went to the Springhill suites next door, which was a huge upgrade and well worth the money. There is a reason this place is super cheap.

the property had all of its cleaning staff quit , stayed 7 days room didn’t get cleaned once had to wash the towels my self and go to the store to buy toilet paper I have been traveling for six years now been to six different states, this is the worst hotel I’ve been in. I wish I wouldn’t have booked it for two weeks. I’m on the first day of my second week here if it gets better, I will update this pulse, but I do not see it getting better after I just talk to the front desk people But there is a nice little bar and restaurant downstairs. The bartender was nice, the restaurant people was nice. It was four or five portables to shoot pool on and the pool is nice size
