Staff was so polite !! Hotel was clean, my room was very big and refreshing! Loved it and highly recommend. It’s right in the centre of all of the action so you might want ear plugs for bed time but that comes with the being in the centre of the old city. The Sunday might market was so lively, thank you again to the kind staff

The location and staff were great but the room needs an upgrade for sure. Comfy bed but the room is pretty small by the time you have 2 large suitcases on the floor. Nice hot shower but the bathroom door is a weird wooden design and didn’t close. Free water each day is a good pro but the street outside is very noisy with live music bars and generally due to the lack of carpet etc in the corridor you can hear everything in the hotel as well so would avoid unless you have ear plugs.

Faint smell of sewage as soon as you walk in and in the room as well. Person at the sesk was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was basic. Fruitflies crawling all over the cut fruits, coffee was like mud.

The hotel staff were very friendly and greeted us with a complimentary welcome drink. We arrived on a Sunday, and the night market was literally around the corner from the hotel. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, we had no complaints about the noise.

So I love love love this hotel. The staff super helpful and the location is awesome ! Super nice clean and modern room with everything you need and the restaurant inside the hotel is also great. I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff and location were great. Only removing one star because I found the breakfast to be a bit lackluster and the bed was very hard but those are my only complaints and I would definitely stay here again despite my gripe about the bed.

Hotel was in a great location in the old town of Chiang Mai. I booked this as hotels.com gave it a 4-star rating. I very much disagree with that designation and am disappointed that hotels.com did not vet this property better. The room quality and service did not meet a 4 star standard and were 3 star at best.
