Design Holiday Apartment in the center of Chiavenna

Elvezia La Specola is an apartment on the first floor of the historic building known in Chiavenna as "La Specola".
In the late nineteenth century, this characteristic house was built as a hotel and was given the name "Elvezia La Specola".
Our grandfather Giuseppe became the owner of the house in the early forties, and since then it has been our family home. The ground floor has now been converted into a great fresh pasta store and a well known Winery.
We wish to welcome you in the apartment facing south, which was completely renovated in 2015 and consists of a kitchen area and living room, a double room and another double room on the mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace. We offer free Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room. A communal courtyard is available for parking your car, as well as a common area garden.
Our house is centrally located, within walking distance from the station and the famous "Crotti". The ideal place to stay in Chiavenna and visit the montains and lakes in the area.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop.
