The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. The room was simple and clean and the breakfast was good. Hotels usually have bad coffee but theirs was very good.

This was our first stay Avid and it was so great! The beds were so comfortable, the staff was courteous, breakfast was on point and it was a quiet atmosphere and safe are. When we visit Chicago area again, we will definitely be staying here!
