My fridge didn’t work, the staff lied to me about premium rooms being available. My sister also stayed at the hotel and booked a premium room at 1:00 PM, I asked them when we got there at 11:30 AM and they said nothing was open but was available to book a room. Room service was barely ever seen.

The room was fine but it was missing important details like a glass or cub to drink water from. I also noticed that the funny Citizen M kitch items have been weeded to remove anything even slightly offensive to Marriott, their new LDS owners. Too bad. That was past of Citizen M's charm.
