Wonderful staff!

I cannot say enough good things about their front desk staff- they were friendly, helpful, and responsive in every instance! I also loved that they provided refillable water bottles and filling stations so that we had water both in the hotel and while walking around the city!

The location is perfect. Close enough to activities but not in the middle of it. Only complaint is that the pillows are very thick and it kept me from getting a good nights sleep. I asked 3 different people for another option but I got no new pillow. This is my 5th or 6th time staying here, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

There were 3 of us staying in the room. They only gave us supplies for 2(towels, coffee cups, coffee). When we asked for extras they still did not get what we needed. In the 3 days we were there, they never came into our room to clean, throw away garbage, give us more coffee, etc. But they were extremely helpful when we needed a cab to catch a train at 6AM. The first cab refused to take us because my husband uses a wheelchair. They got a second cab and we just made our train by 5 minutes.
