Had to wait quite awhile for the shuttle though to be picked up at the airport (1 hour). Nice wrlcome at the motel desk. Person was friendly, outgoing and answered questions and seen to our special requests that we had put in at the time of making the reservation forthe room. Room & surrounding areas appeared to be clean. We enjoyed all the extra room. We had made use of the internal pizzeria (UNO) restaurant, unfortunately, we both felt we were greeted & treated very rudely by a specific person. The waiter we had was very nice. Housekeeper was very friendly & willing to help, seeing to our needs. Breafast in the morning was ok, we just dont find pre-made things like frozen egg rounds, warmed chicken patties and hard cut potatoes to be all that appetizing. When we see breakfast served hot & buffet style, we expect frsh, not fake eggs or a substitute for pork sausage. It was nice to have English Muffins though. Checkout process went smoothly. Coffee was still being served even though breakfast had ended. As for the shuttle ride back to the airport. The driver was in too much of a hurry. Throwing both of our bodies and luggage about because he took corners too fast. We had to hangon tightly or we eould have been on the floor of the van. Even though we had muttered comments about his driving, it didnt change. We were ever so glad to get out. He does not belong behind the wheel, carting other people back n forth. He is gonna end up hurting someone someday. Maybe he has already.
