Understaffed, unprofessional, and underwhelming.

It took over 90 minutes for the shuttle to come. I booked in advance. I had to call the property over 19 times with no answer. They were very unprofessional and unapologetic for how long I had to wait in the freezing cold. The room was less than average with hair in the towels and sheets. There was a questionable odor to the room. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were thin. I would recommend spending the extra money to stay at a nice, more reputable hotel.

The shuttle driver Shirley was so nice and very helpful. The bartender was very friendly, the room was warm and comfortable, and the driver going back to the airport was also very nice. Good people!

They charge for parking, $18.. When asked why we were charging a parking fee. * Because we have ohare in our name * Dont stay here! The parking lot is sketch at best. I was lucky to have my car parked in front of the door, otherwise it would have been broken into. I tried asking for a refund, they laughed at me.

I stayed here two years ago it was decent. This time there were 5 cop cars out front dont know why. Later you could smell weed everywhere it seemed. Even coming through vent in bathroom. Later on a homeless man approacged us in the parking lot asking for money. Parking was 19 a night and didnt feel secure and was really no spaces in a lit area. Wont stay here again.

We had to switch rooms 4 times. The pull out sofa was broken in the first room, second room the mattress still had food on it and stains, and 3rd had heavy urine stains. The entire room was very unclean with food and debris everywhere and the overall state of the hotel is poor and in disrepair. There was also a criminal situation with a trespasser with a ski mask being arrested in the lobby when I was switching rooms. The assailant was right next to me. Also price at property was less than Expedia which is a disappointment.
