Great Stay

Quick and easy check in. Room was clean and tidy. I forgot some essentials and they had it up to the room in 5 mins. Staff was friendly. I stay in Chicago several times a year. This hotel is centrally located for walking to everything in the downtown area.

Great choice for a hotel

Very nice hotel-clean, friendly and helpful staff. This is minor but, the beds themselves are comfortable but they use an individual mattress pad on top of the mattress that gets bunched up as soon as you lay on the bed and move around at all. A fitted mattress protector makes much more sense. Great location and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

No luggage carts available when we arrived & Arrived to be told the pool was out of order which was the main reason we chose that hotel so my daughter was very disappointed. The only thing the front desk staff offered was to completely cancel my reservation and go to another hotel (at 7pm on Valentine’s Day) or free breakfast. We took the breakfast but didn’t read the fine print that it only covered one specific breakfast meal at the restaurant and we had already eaten there (we actually opted to skip the free breakfast because the food was not good). Overall the hotel itself was nice but probably wouldn’t stay again due to other inconveniences.
