Hotel is greatly located close to everything, the variety of dinning options, the shopping, you can walk everywhere. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean, ample and quiet. Breakfast is not included but the restaurant is ok. Overall I like it.

We were able to eat breakfast in the restaurant inside the hotel and use the attached Starbucks. There were other restaurants in walking distance. The hotel concierge even recommended a kid friendly pub and gave a discount coupon. The hotel was clean and quiet. The elevator moves fast and smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Overall, it was fine. The rooms could do with a bit more soundproofing, as you can hear EVERYTHING in the halls. Pool was small and overcrowded. I'd forgotten how noisy it is in the city - frequent sirens during the night. For urban dwellers, this would be great!
