Musty smell

Everything was good with the exception of the musty smell when I walked in the room. I thought maybe it was just my room but it was not. I stayed on the 12th floor and family stayed in the 10th floor when I walked into their room the musty smell was even stronger. The pool was nice and clean. Enjoyed the stay but they need to do something about that musty smell.

Great stay! Super convenient.

Super Fast check in and out. Easy access to Convention Center and surrounding business. Approximately 5 min walk to everything (Fashion outlet, Restaurant District), 10 min walk to CTA blue line Goes to o’Hare airport or downtown Chicago). Only con. Shuttle service (45 min wait) and bar service (15 min wait) slow.

Not worth the money

Hotel and rooms are extremely outdated for the cost - Dusty and musty. Although great location and convenience to the Convention center, I would likely pay a few dollars more and stay at an adjacent hotel than here again. Food in their “restaurant” was also not worth the price…

Very loud, outdated hotel. Your paying for the location (walking distance from the Stevens Center. Elevators are outdated as well and causes majoy bottlenecks at peak hours 12 minute wait in morning to get an elevator is excessive.
