This was literally 5 minutes from the airport. Staff was amazing this hotel was beautiful will be back it was comfortable and quiet. I came for the outlets but experience of the hotel was 10/10 I was tryna get back to my room and just enjoy it the wife loved it I cannot this hotel just wowed me!

The Crowne Plaza’s definitely an older hotel and some of the furnishings definitely showed it, but overall, it was a safe, clean place to stay with easy access to the airport. The walk to the Blue Line wasn’t terrible at just under 3/4 of a mile, but I wouldn’t do it late at night or in inclement weather. I didn’t check out any of the amenities while I was there (pool, exercise room, etc), but I’m sure they were in fine working order. I’d stay there again. One thing to note; unless your booking with Expedia specifically says “breakfast included”, you’ll have to pay $25 for a voucher if you want access to the breakfast buffet in the morning. If you book directly through the IHG website, it says breakfast included but the front desk guy dug in and refused to honor it because I booked through Expedia. The buffet wasn’t horrible but this was my one sticking point for the property.

Decent stay

Hotel was decent. My only complaint is that breakfast does not come with your stay and is extremely expensive. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel and it was $50+ for us two. Nothing spectacular, food- wise either, eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage, French toast, etc. So was disappointed by that because definitely not worth what you pay.
