Dangerous Situation

The host neglected to leave the keys in the lockbox. I arrived at the property late (after a flight + cab), found the entrance via the unlit back porch, finally managed to open the lock box and found no key inside. I was left to scramble finding a hotel 2 miles north and could not get an uber or cab, so ended up walking with my luggage in the dark, by myself, while it was drizzling. The host did not contact me back until 8:49 AM the next morning. In fact, I am still waiting for my full refund. I would not recommend staying at this property, the host is unreliable. Do not take the risk and put yourself in an unsafe situation.

Exactly as described and pictured

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean. Pleasantly appointed. Small challenge with a shower door that didn’t want to stay closed. A washrag worked.
