Brillient stay, however the aircon is a little bit noisy & the light from the fridgd lights up the room, apart from that. If ever we should return to Chicago this is where we would stay.

The staff was very friendly. My issue is with the roof top not being open to the public and the spa not being open Monday and Tuesday but that was in me because I should have checked prior. The area is so loud if you stay here ask to stay high up and on the opposite side of the city. Car alarms and ambulance all through the night getting a good nights rest was super hard. House keeping was immaculate though and came daily.

The AC is very loud. The toilet makes creepy noises. And no near by subway, only accessible by bus. It’s called Magnificent Miles but u need to walk some time to actually get to the Magnificent Mile. Won’t stay sgain
