The living room has a comfy sofa, a TV for entertainment, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and everything you might need for cooking and dining in.
Each bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed.
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries.
There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit, so you won’t have to worry about laundry.
If you’re working remotely or just need to catch up on a few things, there’s a desk and reliable Wi-Fi available.
Our apartment is in a great location, with easy access to public transit, and just steps away from restaurants, shops, and everything you might need.

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay, including all listed amenities. The space is private and not shared with anyone else

It’s also home to green spaces and parks that add to the neighborhood’s relaxed, welcoming feel. Residents and visitors alike enjoy a mix of urban convenience and community atmosphere in this part of the city.
Getting Around:
Getting around Hyde Park is easy and convenient. Several CTA bus routes run nearby, providing direct access to downtown and other parts of the city. The Metra Electric line is also close and offers a quick ride into downtown Chicago.
The neighborhood is very walkable, with restaurants, cafés, parks, and shops within easy reach. Street parking may be available, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible.

To help keep things safe and smooth, we may require a quick screening and a government-issued ID.
Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. We welcome dogs and cats only for $100 per pet. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.
