All the employees have the most amazing customer service that I have ever seen. The person at reception Ms J awesome. She makes us feel like home. Around the hotel, all the employees are very happy, they greet you at all times, regardless of the snow storm. Breakfast was amazing. Love the variety. Good coffee. The room was FANTASTIC. Very clean and comfortable. My family and I will come back again to Chicago (1st time) and to this hotel. 10 out of 5 starts.

Stayed here before for several nights to be near the hospital and was very pleased with the cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Happily booked here again, for just a quick overnight stay for another medical appointment. Same nice clean room and courteous staff. I only take cereal and coffee for breakfast but there were plenty of other choices. My only complaint this time was that my room was in the back facing a parking lot (last time I was in the front) where some undesirable, probably drunk high or psychotic individuals were hanging out, yelling and ranting nonstop for at least half hour or more after midnight. Very disturbing.
