I was unable to stay the night because when I initially booked the room I made the mistake of putting the wrong date. I immediately called the hotel and was told there was nothing they could do for me. It was non refundable and non transferable. I made a mistake and immediately tried to fix it and was met with no understanding. None. And I was out $250. I will never use hotels.com again will tell everyone I know not to as well

Nice stay in a mid-sized downtown hotel. Room was very comfortable and updated. The staff were extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The location just off Michigan Ave was very convenient to shopping and cultural venues. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

La ubicación de este hotel es excelente, a pocos pasos del riverwalk. La habitación que me dieron daba directo al riverwalk, por lo tanto la vista fue un 10/10. Hay amplia variedad de transporte y restaurantes cerca del hotel. Pude recibir paquetería de Amazon diariamente y el personal siempre muy amable.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, room was so-so. One elevator was out of service which was inconvenient. Bed was very loud and sounded broken. TV was glitchy. Great location, wish room had a better view but that’s not on the hotel.
