What the rooms lack in character and charm (the floors are bare no rugs and are kind of dark), the staff makes up for by going out of their way to be helpful. The woman at the front desk made arrangements for me to park across the street so I could check in with my kids. Very helpful. Crazy that Hilton is charging instead of providing complimentary water bottles. Really?!!

Beautiful and clean hotel right in the heart of downtown Chicago! Had everything we needed and more. Bed was amazingly comfy and the shower was really relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

I didn't like the protest early morning Saturday at 7 am i couldn't sleep and i got to my room at 4am morning coming from outside it was too loud and noise especially that person playing the drum my window was right above the entrance

This was a great value and a great experience with on exception- the so called restaurant, which was open sometimes, closed sometimes, closed when they said it was open sometimes. Very erratic, so when we were counting on getting a quick breakfast before heading out for the day, we could not rely on the service at all. There was one instance where there wasn't even any coffee available in the morning. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, the facility top notch.

The hotel is well positioned in the city. Easy to walk to all of the attractions. The staff was very helpful in suggesting live music venues and provided free entry vouchers. Chicago is a great place to visit!

Great location, nice facilities but badly let down by poor catering. Pleasant staff did their best under trying circumstances. Suspect something had gone seriously wrong with supplies and/ or staff rotas. - Inadequate supplies - Understaffed: - No chicken or salmon for advertised Caesar salad the evening of our arrival - No butter or jam for breakfasts throughout our 3 night stay - No complimentary breakfast coffee on the last day

nice, very clean hotel. Perfectly located for walking to most of what we wanted to do in Chicago. we could have walked to the Field Museum (~1.7mi) but it was raining. The valet parking was very expensive, but that is the area. Had breakfast at the restaurant, fairly blah. Went to the Pittsfield cafe the next day- Yummy!. I would definitely stay here again
