Honestly this place was better than I expected! My literal only complaint is that the main parking area is a little dangerous to come in and out of, but it's not a big deal. The staff were super nice and the hotel was great. The neighborhood is really nice too, it was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely come back!

Some of the surfaces in our room were peeling off and generally kind of beat up. Wished they had complimentary coffee in the lobby. Instead they had a pitcher of ice water that was usually empty. Staff was nice, though some front desk staff were not super professional. Cleaning staff was excellent. Can’t beat the location in downtown Evanston!

Property is at a good location, but the entire Room service everything is really bad. I would not recommend anyone room is very depressing not clean. Doesn’t have any good for the price we paid save your money and find a different place.
