The woman at the Reception Desk could not have had more of a bad attitude. When I called down to ask if I could switch my room as I could hear people next door (and I'm sure they could hear me on work calls) I was told she could move me but NO Guarantee any other room would be quieter and the walls are thin?!? How about offering to move me to a floor that is emptier so both I and the other guests are happier? Also the coffee served in the lobby in the morning might as well have been brown water and came with 6 ounce Styrofoam cups NO Lids. Basically take your few sips of coffee while standing there - forget taking it back to the room. Overall a subpar experience!

Cons- Room could use some repairs, a lot of the electrical plug ins did not work. There was a door to an adjoining room that we weren't using, but could hear everything that happened in that room. Pros - easy walk to the University, lots of great little restaurants nearby (Mr Cachito is great for coffee and pastry, Soulwich makes great unique sandwiches).

Very close to the train...depending on your room you can hear it go by but it wasnt a deal breaker for us. The hotel was clean and in a super convenient area! Housekeeping even refilled our coffee with extra pods when we used them all on day 1

The hotel needs a serious update. The halls look like something out of the 70's. I had to move from the first room because the bathroom smelled like mold. I can't believe that they wanted to charge me over $600.00 a night for being there on a Saturday. The place looks like a run down motel off the highway. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed for four nights, and requested two times for cleaning, and the cleaning lady only did once. She pretended not understanding English and was Very unfriendly. Old and tired mattress and pillows and towels. Microwave is the only plus. Paid $350 per night for the NU family weekend. Not worth the money.
