Both of my airport shuttles drivers were two of the top, professional hotel airport shuttle drivers I have ever met. They were prompt, had great communication and made me feel at ease with the transfer. The receptionist were friendly and helpful and my room was quiet and comfortable. I had to stay overnight due to a flight cancelation and I was a little distraught about this, but this stay made the long lay over nice.

My only negative is I paid extra for a room with 'upgraded airport views' what I saw was a hotel next door under renovations, a Portillos restaurant and the tops of some Cargo planes. Not quite the view I was expecting. Check out staff wasnt as pleasant as the Check In staff, but to others checking out they were much more talkative and friendly. I could read more into that but it's not worth it.

Save your money!

Shuttle driver passed me by after seeing me wave. When I caught up to him, he told me that he was going on his lunch break soon that’s why he didn’t stop. Front desk at hotel staff was very rude. Every time the toilet flushed in the room next door, the water would run in my room! Works experience ever with this hotel.

The hotel it self was nice. The stay & fly parking was across a busy street were you have to park your vehicle. We waited an hour and half for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport to take us back to our vehicle when we were told they pick up every half hour.

Excellent for a a pit stop

The hotel appeared to be new construction. The rooms were large with good linen and well equipped. Was very convenient from the airport. Unfortunately they do not have pickup from terminal 5 so we had to take a cab. That was the only downside for me with regard this hotel. You have to luh your luggage to terminal 2 to pick up shuttle service. The restaurant was quite unimpressive. 4 out of the 6 draft beers were not available. The hotel did serve my purpose for an overnight stay before I took my connection the next morning à
