Love this Hotel! It smelled fresh and clean. Bathroom were clean and elegantly pleasing to the eyes. Toilet, sink and towels were cleaned. Sheet were also white! I had dinner downstairs in the restaurant which was also nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect airport stay

Airport layover stay. Pros: The airport shuttle was so easy. Wonderful driver and quick drive time- around 5 mins. Shuttle leaves hotel every half hour. There was a QR code at front desk to track the shuttle while waiting at the airport. I left at 5am for an early flight out and driver leaves on the dot, so be a few mins early. Room was clean and cozy. Bedding was nice and pillows were great. Shower was clean. I’m sensitive to smells, and this place passed my test- no weird or smokey smells-yay! Restaurant downstairs was good. I ordered online and picked up to take to my room. Cons: the a/c unit was pretty loud. Not broken (I think), but ran loud. Also, I couldn’t stream anything on the tv- only live tv available. I used my laptop to stream shows instead.

Flew in late to O’Hare, but the front desk was super friendly and got the complimentary shuttle sent to pick us up right away. Once at the hotel, was greeted and checked in by a very friendly employee. Room was, clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to be close to the airport.

Michelle was absolutely a gem. Despite a few issues, I had she was exceptionally understanding. She accommodated to the best of her ability and it was the reason I stayed the entire time instead of leaving early.
