I was not informed that rooms at Holiday Inn Express are only cleaned every two days of your stay. This was a rude surprise for me. Front desk should have informed me of this policy at check in.

It was noises during the night when I was sleeping and a lot bumping noise. This morning, I went to the Fitness Center, and a lady let her three kids into the Fitness Center The kids were on the machines and an unsafe environment. At 9:35am, the oldest kid was on the treadmill and slipped off the treadmill and hurt his knee. The kids were in the way and did not make my workout pleasant at all. I would suggest that you take a look at video camera from 9:30 -9:40 to see the kid fall off the treadmill. Also, what is the policy with kids being in the Fitness Center? This was unsafe and lot of risk and potential negligence. I will calling the corporate office to report the unsafe incident and requesting my refund.

I was skeptical at first due to location but upon arrival was pleasantly surprised by the fact that it was a new and or updated property. The breakfast was great, although one of the coffee makers didn’t work. The only issue I had was I asked the young front desk lady for a bag because it was raining really hard and I needed to get to my car. She was rude had her phone in her hand and seem irritated that I was asking a question

Very quiet hotel, newer and in great condition. Staff was friendly. We headed to breakfast near the end, and most of the food was gone. The food that was available was good. The area is not near anything fun, but was conveniently located.

My stay was ok. I enjoyed the breakfast choices but it was cold. I like hot food. I also like firm pillows and couldn't get comfortable. I also like it cold in the room so I can sleep and the unit like it was freezing up on 70.

A great hotel. It’s a newer building and everything is very nice. The rooms are quite spacious. The staff is great, and they do an amazing job keeping your room tidy during your stay. They put out a very nice breakfast in the mornings for the guests. There are great selections and they keep everything well stocked. I’d recommend this place, especially if you’re planning to attend a concert at Credit Union One Amphitheater. It’s only a ten minute drive away.
