Ride checkin staff. They were allegedly working on the elevator… But we were there for five nights and never saw anyone working on an elevator! It was one of my most frustrating hotel stays ever!

Even when not in use water dripping drom ceiling in bathroom Told front desk they had somone come deep clean. Showed pictures of dust. Came back late that night still had dust same dirty glasses on the shelf

I do not recommend it

Terrible service at the front desk, especially from Karina. The room needs updating. The sofa bed where my son slept was in terrible condition, damaged, and never replaced. My son spent the four nights we slept at the hotel very uncomfortable and didn't sleep well. The bathroom bathtub was stained. The bathroom was ugly. The closet doors were bad. In short, the worst Hilton we've ever been to. No one was interested in our concerns.
