One of the worst hotels I’ve ever had got moved three different rooms. None of the rooms had hot water. There were bugs all over. The second roof was told by maintenance. The water was hot and there was no bugs in my room after scooping up several bugs onto a piece of paper and taking them to the manager I was offered a free will never stay at this hotel again

Valentine's Day Stay

We stayed one night for Valentine's Day and our stay was great. The guy at the front desk was busy but very accomodating. The room was bigger than i expected. It was very clean as well, with a comfortable bed.

The Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Very professional, helpful and kind! Tom was wonderful. The room haf a few hiccups the refrigerator was not working and the thermostat see.ed off. Tom was great and offered quick resolutions to ensure my comfort.

Not clean

Overall, the cleanliness was not satisfactory. There were over 20 strands of someone else’s hair on the bedding. The comforter on top didn’t seem to be washed at all, as it had dirty stains and shoe marks. There was also hair in the shower. One good thing was the bed was comfortable.
