It is right at the heart of Michigan Avenue shopping. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! And the staff ALL from the bell person to the waiters were amazing! Will definitely come back!

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The hotel was very cold there hear wasn't enough. The room was not equipped with much: no ice bucket, shower caps, robes or slippers. There aren't any doors on the showers which made showering uncomfortable.

Good but I'm good.

I have stayed here a few times because the property is new and therefore the property reflects it and the rates are good. I was dismayed at the door/entry situation. I understand the winds and temps situation but as an HR professional I find it hard to believe having patrons manually push electric - heavy doors- was safe and/or ADA compliant. It cumbersome checking in and out with luggage; there was no aid/assistance and yes, one experience really soured my perspective on the hotel (also because the entire street is littered with other boutique hotels). So I'll credit the property for again its cleanliness, modern touch and staff but this was probably my last stay.
