It was freezing. The temperature in the room with 66° we called maintenance. maintenance says all the rooms are 66°. They said it that low it cannot be adjusted. We cannot individually warm up each room so they brought us a space heater. A very small one that couldn’t possibly warm up a 600+ft.². They even brought us blankets, but still, we were cold and disappointed that we could not adjust the temperature in our room. we wanted a late check out there’s a $20 an hour charge. Also, the room was for my sister and I. my sister arrived at 1 in the morning and for whatever reason the young man at the front desk could not find her name, even though she showed him copy of the itinerary and confirmation number. even the fact that it was her credit card was used to pay for the room, he refused to give her a key card. He couldn’t find her name and, therefore she had call my phone, wake me up, to let her into the room. very disappointed with this. I would not stay here again unless I am desperate.

This property is conveniently located close to ORD and also to Allstate Arena. I was offered early check in, which I opted to do, but there was never any mention of a fee for early check in until I arrived at the hotel. There is constant air traffic noise during the day. New Raising Cane’s across the street (but beware no crosswalk) and a Target nearby. Would only stay here to attend an event at the arena, but otherwise there are better options for the price.

Perfect venue for staying near the Allstate Center. Wasn't expecting it to be a very nice hotel, but it was very nice! My only small quibble was the charge for parking, though I realize that's more common in big cities, but I don't remember that being a mentioned when I booked. Not

The elevator had a slightly expired certificate but there was a sign saying it had been inspected recently. Our stay was amazing though! Very convenient for our concert and a clean hotel.
