False advertisement on website said there wasn’t valet parking there is. Said security deposit was $75 not 100 a night and no pool as advertised for the price we paid swimming should have been included

Unclean bathroom

I contacted the front desk to advise that the bathroom floors were not clean. I was advised housekeeping would address this concern while I was away from the room. I returned to the same uncleaned bathroom floors and shower area. Seeing the floors were uncleaned, I questioned the cleanliness of the entire room...inspected the sheets which looked clean and diverted my eyes as much as possible from other areas.
