Everything was fine but upon checking in they should let you know about the parking and that there is a discounted price for using an app we used the app toward the end of our stay but in the beginning the parking garage charged us $65 for 3 hours, twice! Ridiculous.

2 elevators, please.

Everything was terrific except two things... 1) check in time is 4PM. WAY to late 2) One elevator was out of order the entire time. It made for a very frustrating wait each time I returned. Othjerwise the hotel and the staff were terrific.

Very nice property. I will still again. When we booked we didn’t know they were under construction so the rooftop wasn’t open and the restaurants and lounges were closed. I ordered door dash and the front night counter clerk misplaced my food. I understand things happen so I will give them another try
