I stayed for 1 night to attend an event. Checked in in the evening & ledt first thing in the morning & they claimed I ruined one of their towels. I didn’t even shower there and used 1 wash clothe to dry my hands after washing them. Called them & they said "yeah." Meaning tough sh!t.

Do not book here! We waited 45 minutes on the curb at the airport for the shuttle to finally get there. 3rd time we have had trouble with shuttle at this property. Even though I checked in before arrival I still had to wait another 20 min to get m room key. They are clearly understaffed. The breakfast is low quality and sparse. The AC went out in our room in the night.

Allstate Arena adjacent.

The hotel was in a great location for a concert at the Allstate Arena. We were able to walk across the parking lot to and from the arena. The staff were friendly and our room was nice. The continental breakfast was just ok.

Property was behind a Hyatt Place and as you drive to the La Quinta there is part of an older hotel that looks like it’s closed down. Looks unsafe The service was great at La Quinta, especially the man in front named George. When we arrived in the room however, there was a hatch on the ceiling of the bathroom that was actually leaking water on the sink area and floor. I was told they the hotel would look into this but it never happened. I was also told that the hotel would look into giving a credit for the inconvenience. There was a constant damp smell and the room was very muggy. But the Beds were comfortable.

Good hotel overall! A bit pricey but all the decent ones are anymore (which is a but ridiculous to me for one night somewhere). Bathroom was very clean, bed was cozy. Breakfast in the morning was good and staff was very accommodating! Very classy modern place, and very easy to go see a concert at the Allstate Arena from there, just a walk across the parking lot!! Good place, just wish one night didnt cost me $300.

Close to airport but didn't hear a sound from the planes. Clean and updated with comfortable beds & pillows. Wish I knew there was a $20 charge to park though. I would have dropped my rental car off and took there free airport shuttle.

There are not many choices but it is ok for a weekend. Bread, pancakes, oranges and apples and cereal. Also, Coffee and tea, but healthy choices are minimal (Yogurt) The room was small but beds were comfortable and enough for what we need. We find the hotel ok but a little overpriced for what it offers.

La Quinta behind the Hyatt Place

The hotel is behind the Hyatt Place, all the way in the back of the property. The vacant building connected to the La Quinta looks poorly, but the La Quinta itself is modern, bright, and clean. My only suggestion is that the shared hotel shuttle should be explained to guests because it was not obvious that we should get on the shuttle with signage that said "Hyatt Place." Also, the dead Christmas planters should be cleaned out (it's summer!).

The property is renovated and it is too nice, clean, beautiful, comfortable. I don’t understand the hotel has 2 stars, it is more than 2 stars. Valuable. I was very happy to stay there.
