I stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham this past weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we checked in, the front desk never informed us that the hotel’s heating system was down. Instead, they placed a small space heater in our room that did not work at all, leaving us freezing for two days. I reported the issue to the front desk both the day we arrived and again the following day. No one attempted to move us to another room or provide a real solution. There was little communication and no urgency to fix the situation, which was extremely frustrating. When I asked about adjusting or changing my reservation because of the conditions, the only resolution offered was a $40 credit, which does not reflect the discomfort and inconvenience we experienced. I have also tried to follow up about a refund request and have not received any response. I understand that maintenance issues happen, but transparency, communication, and customer care should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic expectations.

We waited 40 minutes for airport pick up then had to take a taxi. No apology. Then we were told only 3 of the party could take the shuttle in the morning = no more space so we had to take another taxi/ We stayed here because the website said airport shuttle no none available. will not stay here again

The rooms Heat/AC was locked in heat mode with no way of switching it. The room was uncomfortably warm because thankfully I was able to at least turn of the HVAC system. The other guests next to us were extremely loud and disruptive and that lasted until 3am (mind you I was there with my two children) I informed the front desk about the loud behavior at 1pm and NOTHING was done about it. I will definitely NOT come back to this location
