It was a beautiful place with an even more beautiful view of the city. I thought the staff was friendly. The shuttle to the airport was super convenient. Room was gorgeous and everything was nice and clean. All I can say is I wasn’t a fan of the high prices in the hotel itself, but I understand it’s like that everywhere.

The hotel was very nice with a good restaurant. It was comfortable, with a friendly helpful staff. The airport shuttle was the best I’ve seen for a hotel. I bussed to O’Hare and the shuttle was there to take me to the hotel. In the morning the shuttle left every 15 minutes for the airport.
