Este hotel está en excelente ubicación, cerca de los lugares turísticos más conocidos. Se puede caminar a todos lados. El personal del hotel fue muy amable and servicial. El restaurante del hotel es sencillo pero bueno. El hotel tiene un bar en la terraza con vistas del río. Lo único malo es que el bar es popular con turistas y gente local, si no llegas temprano es difícil encontrar mesa.

Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Chicago. Walkable to many attractions, including Art Institute, the Bean at Millennium Park. Bus stop for public transportation across the street (to Field, Adler and Shedd Museums). HOHO bus stop across the street. Riverwalk entrance across the street. Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff very nice and accommodating. Best rooftop bar for views of the city.

was very disappointed very dirty kinda like fake luxury something about it was just off the room was completely different than in the pictures and was very dirty. Very very dirty carpets had stains in them. Mystery stains literally everywhere. Everywhere mystery stains not one spot didn’t have a mystery stain that was stains on the carpet stains on the shelves stains on the sofas. There’s a lot of broken stuff and what do you mean eight dollars for a water they couldn’t even give us a complementary water. and did I mention stains

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the London house, we got in very late but the check in process was so smooth and easy, I’ve been to a lot of hotels and they don’t come in everyday to change linen etc, our room is as clean from the first day up until we left, there was no noise despite being downtown!! I would highly recommend and our flight was also late but they allowed us to keep our bags while we toured the city.10/10 recommend

Our stay was pretty good overall, the check-in process was a bit chaotic, the lobby is super noisy, and in our room the entry sensor light kept going on an off randomly. The room and bathroom were nice/well appointed.

The room had nice furniture (true to the site) and was clean. Unfortunately the remote controls for both of the TVs didnt work. There was only one untinted mirror and it is in the bathroom. So no place to sit and get cute ladies!! It was nice to have a fridge, though. The view was not great. Despite being a “suite;” it is a suite in name only in that the room has a separate living area. The pull out bed was unmade and we had to take half the sheets off of the regular bed to use on the pullout. The initial front desk staff completely ignored us and served another guest despite us waiting at the desk for at least 5min. Thankfully, another team member saved the day and got us checked in. The front desk staff could be much more personable and acvomodating. It would’ve been nice to have been offered something for our trouble. The valet and bellman were lovely but the valet fees are a bit high ($80/night). Definitely NOT worth the $730/night. I wish I thought it was as lovely as everyone said it was on TikTok, but alas.

Overall the room/hotel was standard for the price point. My poor review comes from interaction with staff. We booked a river view and room without a Pelaton. Our room had a view on the hotel awning (pictures attached) and most of the room was taken up my the workout bike/ equipment. I spoke with two different people at the front desk. Both of whom responded with “rooms are not guaranteed.” I reach out to Expedia, and they advised it was the hotels call to make. Additionally, we found general interactions with valet a bit hostel which matched the front desk’s energy. I was very disappointed with the quality of my stay. I would recommend booking with Park Hyatt or Loews, both of which are priced similarly and located within a block. I’d had a wonderful experience at those hotels and should have rebooked there.
