The Space:

Located in a full-service building with elevator access and just steps from Michigan Avenue, the penthouse combo is comprised of 2 side-by-side apartments that have been professionally designed, sleeping up to 20 people total and is perfectly situated for groups, families, and those traveling for work. In each unit, everything flows around the spacious and open living rooms and kitchen which have some of the most breathtaking views of all of Chicago and the Lake, and features high-end cooking appliances and designer level finishes, which creates a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.



Your spacious living/dining room combo is decorated in mid-century modern furniture and features a large sofa (which folds out into another bed), accent chairs, dining table for 12+ people, and smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible).



Attached to the living area, the high end designer quality chef's kitchen is outfitted with Gaggenau stove, Gaggenau oven, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, minifridge, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others.



These one of a kind apartment comfortably sleeps 20 people total and has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our professional cleaning service that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is stripped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

The place was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The owners are very responsive and ensure things are going smoothly throughout the whole stay. The highlight of the trip is that the views are absolutely incredible. Would book again!
