Our studio apartment offers a comfortable and practical space designed for easy daily living. It features a cozy queen bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and essential dining items.
For your convenience, the unit includes WiFi, a TV, and a dedicated desk, making it suitable for both work and relaxation. Located in a convenient neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, and nearby parks, it provides an ideal home base for enjoying the area with ease and comfort.
Guest Access:
The unit is on the second floor. Please note that the elevator is currently unavailable, so access is via stairs only.
Guests have full, private access to the apartment and all listed amenities during their stay. Check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

Public transportation is easily accessible from the apartment. The 55th Street & Dorchester bus stop is just a 5-minute walk, and the Lake Park & 53rd Street stop is around 7 minutes away. For train travel, the 51st/53rd Street (Hyde Park) station is about a 12-minute walk, making trips around the city straightforward and convenient.
Multiple CTA bus routes serving the area, providing easy access to downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. The Metra Electric Line is also nearby for a faster commute into the Loop. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.
