Got there and it took an hour to get checked in the door to our room was broken room was not cleaned.

There was tissue paper stuffed in the eye hole in the door instead of the glass, the bathtub had pubic hair all over the walls, the TV was crooked and didn’t work, back of the remote was missing. The whole room looked bare.

The first room we were put in had a hand print on the bathroom mirror, stains and cob webs on the walls, visible stains on top of the bed comforter. We requested a new room and the second room the floor was all sticky and there was soda dripping from the wall onto the floor, the walls were quite dirty as well. At that point we decided to leave. The front desk person didn’t even seem bothered by our discovery or apologetic.

There was some serious problem with the room as we needed microwave and it wasn’t working also it was smelly. Moreover, the room was too hot the whole time and the ac or heater was not working too. I reported both these major issues to front desk and they couldn’t fix it. I want to request for some refund due to these issues as my daughter really had trouble.

Tv issue

Everything was good except the TV had lines running thru it making hard to watch so I just used my lsptop bc matinee said it needed a cord replacement thru the wall n more,a lot to fix I guess?
