Wonderful experience

Absolutely wonderful stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Flight restaurant and staff wete equally as wonderful. The hotel was very clean. We had a room closest to the airport and we were never interrupted by the taking off and landing of planes. We will definitely be staying here again!!

great for concerts at allstate arena. still in the process of construction and updating rooms, so there is loud construction sounds depending on what room you might be in. i stayed here last august and was also woken up in the morning due to construction, so be aware when booking.

We love staying there the night before our flight. They have a nice lounge with cocktails and good food. Then they provide shuttle to and from the airport.

I had the best nights sleep I've had in awhile. That alone was worth the money spent, and it was affordable, especially for how clean the establishment is and classic. I would stay again. The concierge wasn't to familiar with their surroundings, not a big deal. Just being first time in the area, it was as if they didn't live in the area themselves, and maybe they didn't. Would stay again, thank you

A couple things I did not like.

I was disappointed that Hotels.com stated that a $10.00 food credit came with the reservation. The front desk said they have no record of that. Plus paking went up to $39.00 per day. Next time I may choose a different hotel.
